Job Title: Architect / Interior Designer Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect/Interior Designer to conceptualize, design, and oversee the execution of architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will blend structural expertise with aesthetic vision to create functional, safe, and visually compelling spaces that meet client needs and comply with building regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop architectural and interior design plans using CAD and 3D modeling software.
• Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting to enhance interior aesthetics.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design fidelity.
• Present design proposals and revisions to clients for approval.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Professional license or certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience in architectural and interior design projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and project types.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
