Job Title: Architect

Job Purpose:
The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of building projects. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and an understanding of design principles, building codes, and project management to deliver functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications in line with client requirements.
• Prepare detailed plans, layouts, and working drawings using CAD/Revit software.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure design objectives are met.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams for integrated project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related issues during construction.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful completion.
• Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and innovative construction technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (or related field).
• Valid professional license/registration (preferred).
• Proven experience as an Architect in design and execution of projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry standards.
• Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and communication abilities.
• Creativity with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in architecture and project execution (may vary depending on company requirements).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
