Architect

We are looking for an Architect with UAE experience for our General Contracting company in Al Ain.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings and shop drawings
• Coordinate with site engineers and consultants
• Handle municipality submissions and approvals
• Prepare BOQ and material details
• Attend client and site meetings
• Ensure project execution as per drawings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Experience in general contracting projects
• UAE driving license preferred
• Immediate joining preferred
