We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AEP RT-CDP Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), specifically Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), and possess expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Journey Optimizer. This role will be pivotal in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions, integrating APIs, and optimizing customer experiences across multiple digital channels.
Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translating them into scalable and high-performance technical solutions using Adobe Experience Platform and RT-CDP. The candidate will design, develop, and implement Real-Time CDP solutions focusing on customer data management, segmentation, and audience targeting, ensuring seamless integration with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, and other Adobe solutions.
They will implement Adobe Journey Optimizer for orchestrating personalized customer journeys across various touchpoints. The role involves integrating and managing API connections for third-party systems and external applications, ensuring smooth data flows and system interoperability. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to define business and technical requirements, translate them into actionable deliverables, and ensure solutions are delivered on time and within scope.

The architect will lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on AEP, RT-CDP, and other Adobe-related technologies while ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. They will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Adobe Experience Platform, ensuring the system is optimized for performance and scalability. Collaboration with other teams to ensure that Adobe Journey Analytics is used effectively to track and optimize customer journey performance is essential.
The candidate must stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Adobe technologies and integrate these into development processes to drive continuous improvement. They will conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure compliance with coding standards across the team.
