Architect Engineer

Job Summary:

The Quantity Surveyor Engineer is responsible for preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and project budgeting for architectural and construction projects. The role requires strong experience in MEP'S, TAMM System and calculating quantities, preparing BOQs, and coordinating with different disciplines to ensure accurate project costing and execution.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in MEP systems and TAMM procedures, with the ability to review drawings, specifications, and project requirements efficiently..

Key Responsibilities:

• Has Experience in MEP'S and TAMM System
• Develop architectural design concepts, drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Prepare detailed architectural plans, layouts, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and project managers to ensure design coordination.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and present design proposals.
• Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and design development meetings.
• Research materials, products, and sustainable design solutions for integration into projects.
• Use design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, or similar) to produce accurate and visually appealing presentations.
• Support project documentation, tender submissions, and approvals from authorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Design.
• Professional experience in architectural design (typically 2–5 years for mid-level roles).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong visualization and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
