Position Summary:
The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing F&B projects including restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, bars, and food production spaces. The ideal candidate understands commercial kitchen planning, customer flow, brand identity integration, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities;
- Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for F&B outlets
- Prepare drawings, layouts, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with kitchen consultants, MEP engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety, and health regulations
- Optimize kitchen workflows and front-of-house layouts
- Manage project timelines and site supervision
- Review materials, finishes, and construction quality
- Support budgeting and cost control during project execution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)
- 3–8+ years of experience in architectural design
- Proven experience in restaurant, café, hospitality, or F&B projects
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen planning and F&B operational requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software
- Strong project coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with brand rollout projects
- Knowledge of sustainability and energy-efficient design
- Experience working with restaurant groups or hospitality developers
