Position Summary:
The Interior Designer will lead the design and execution of F&B spaces including restaurants, cafés, bars, cloud kitchens, and hospitality venues. The ideal candidate understands restaurant operations, customer flow, brand storytelling, materials selection, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative interior concepts aligned with brand identity
- Prepare mood boards, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials
- Produce detailed drawings and specifications for execution
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, kitchen planners, and contractors
- Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and compliance
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Stay updated with F&B design trends and hospitality innovations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design
- 3–7+ years of experience in interior design
- Proven experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality projects
- Strong understanding of space planning and customer flow
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit, or similar software
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred:
- Experience with brand rollouts or multi-branch concepts
- Knowledge of sustainable and cost-efficient materials
- Experience working with restaurant operators or hospitality developers
