Architect & Interior Designer

Job Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs, layouts, and mood boards
• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D visualizations (renders/walkthroughs)
• Create detailed shop drawings (joinery, ceiling, partitions, MEP coordination)
• Ensure designs comply with UAE authority regulations (DM, DCD, etc.)
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site team
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress checks
• Present design ideas to clients and handle revisions
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Must Have SOE Card with G+2
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design
• 2–5 years experience (UAE fit-out experience preferred)
• Strong experience in commercial & residential projects
• Knowledge of UAE authority approvals
• Understanding of materials and site execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
