Architect Landscape Design Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an senior and detail-oriented architect Landscape Design Manager with 10–15 years of experience in UAE to lead and execute comprehensive landscape projects from concept to completion. This managerial role requires expertise in both softscape and hardscape, combining creative design, horticultural knowledge, and project management skills. You will oversee planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of diverse landscaping initiatives, ensuring they meet aesthetic standards, environmental guidelines, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for landscape projects, integrating principles of horticulture, gardening, environmental sustainability, and hardscape design.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient execution.
• Oversee teams of landscapers, horticulturists, and staff; provide mentorship, guidance, and performance management to foster professional growth.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, provide expert recommendations, and present clear, compelling design proposals on time.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations related to construction, irrigation installation, environmental standards, and landscaping codes.
• Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain landscape excellence across all projects.
• Drive innovation in both softscape and hardscape design, ensuring each project meets aesthetic, functional, and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of proven experience in landscape design and maintenance management.
• Strong managerial experience leading teams in landscaping, horticulture, or construction environments.
• Expertise in team leading, design concepts, time management and efficiency.
• Deep knowledge of Auto-cad, RIVET, BIM and planning.

Familiarity with construction processes related to design and build landscape projects, and local compliance standards
