Architectural BIM Coordinator

An Architectural BIM Coordinator manages the digital modeling process, ensuring interdisciplinary coordination, clash detection, and adherence to project standards (LOD 300+) within platforms like Revit and Navisworks. They act as the central link between architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth workflows, model quality, and timely deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Coordination & Federation: Merging multi-disciplinary models (architecture, structure, MEP) to ensure a clash-free design using tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or Navisworks.
• BIM Standards & Quality Control: Implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP), ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and auditing model health, accuracy, and data consistency.
• Clash Detection & Resolution: Identifying, prioritizing, and resolving interdisciplinary conflicts (clashes) before construction begins.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Civil & MEP works

• Candidates must be currently available in Abu Dhabi

• Immediate joining is mandatory
