Architectural BIM Engineer

Key Responsibilities

-Create, manage, and update architectural BIM models and technical drawings (plans, sections, details).

-Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP models.

-Ensure compliance with project BIM standards,protocols, and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.

-Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical specifications.

-Work with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project completion.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.

- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in BIM, technical office, or construction projects.

-Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit (Architecture), Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.

-Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, teamwork, and strong communication skills
