Job Summary:-

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to lead the design and development of high-quality residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong design expertise, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead architectural design from concept to detailed documentation
• Prepare and review drawings, 3D models, and documents
• Ensure compliance with Dubai building codes and regulations
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors
• Attend client meetings and present design proposals
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and design implementation

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 3+ years of relevant experience (residential, commercial and hotel projects)
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), Adobe Creative Suite and 3DS Max (Corona/Vray)
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and approval processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Experience working on projects in Dubai
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices
• Professional licensure or working toward registration
