Architectural Designer

We are looking for a skilled Architect Designer in Dubai to create innovative designs, develop detailed plans, and ensure projects meet client expectations and local regulations. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects from concept to construction with high quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptual Design & Planning

· Develop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions.

· Create sketches, 3D models, and visual presentations for clients.

Detailed Design Development

· Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction documents using CAD, Revit, or similar software.

· Collaborate with engineers and consultants to ensure design feasibility.

Project Management & Coordination

· Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project goals, timelines, and budgets.

· Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

· Ensure designs comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards.

· Prepare permit applications, tender documents, and technical specifications.

Innovation & Sustainability

· Apply sustainable design principles and innovative solutions in projects.

· Stay updated with emerging trends, materials, and technologies.

Collaboration & Mentorship

· Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including interior designers and landscape architects.

· Guide junior designers and interns in design development and best practices.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

· 2–5 years of experience (UAE experience preferred)

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or 3Ds Max

· Strong knowledge of local authority regulations

· Good presentation and communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects
