Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to prepare accurate architectural drawings and technical documentation for construction projects. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of drafting software, building standards, and coordination with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings
• Develop shop drawings and as-built drawings as per project requirements
• Review and modify drawings based on engineer/consultant comments
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams
• Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations and project specifications
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions
• Support site team with technical clarifications when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of Revit, 3D modeling, and other design software will be an advantage
• Experience in preparing shop drawings and authority submission drawings
• Good understanding of construction methods and detailing
• Experience with Qatar projects preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
