Architectural Draftsman

Job Title: Draftsman (Engineering Consultancy)

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented Draftsman with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our Engineering Consultancy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings based on specifications provided by engineers and architects. The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting skills, be proficient in CAD software, and have the ability to translate design concepts into precise, high-quality drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural and engineering drawings based on project requirements.

Develop drawings for municipality/authority submissions.

Prepare detailed tender drawings and construction documentation.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accuracy.

Revise drawings based on technical feedback and project needs.

Maintain proper drawing records and documentation.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in an Engineering Consultancy firm.

Strong experience in Architectural Drawings.

Experience with Municipality Submissions (UAE experience preferred).

Ability to prepare detailed tender drawings.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 (based on experience and skills)
