Architectural Draughtsman

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect / Architectural Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to prepare high-quality drawings and 3D visualizations for tents, shades, steel structures, pergolas, and related architectural works.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualizations.
• Develop design concepts and convert them into technical drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and production teams.
• Draft layouts, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and presentation renders.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and UAE standards.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge

• AutoCAD (2D & 3D) – Mandatory
• 3ds Max – Modeling & Rendering
• SketchUp – Quick concept modeling
• CorelDRAW – Presentation layouts / branding
• Rhinoceros (Rhino) – Advanced modeling skills
• Knowledge of tents, shades, steel structures, or pergola designs is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture / Architectural Drafting or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience
• Strong portfolio of previous design and drafting work
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
