Architectural Draughtsman

Job Description

We are a growing design consultancy firm in Dubai seeking a skilled SeniorArchitectural Draftsman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings and supporting the design team through various project stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings
• Develop drawings based on concept designs and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants
• Revise drawings as per authority comments and project requirements
• Ensure drawings comply with Dubai Municipality and local authority regulations
• Maintain organized project documentation

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Drafting
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the UAE is compulssory
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); Revit knowledge is an advantage
• Familiarity with Dubai building codes and approval processes
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
