Architectural Draughtsman

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our Technical Department. The ideal candidate will have experience working on high-rise building projects and hold a degree or diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering. The Draftsman will play a crucial role in developing detailed technical drawings and plans that meet project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural and civil drawings for high-rise building projects using AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to create accurate, clear, and precise drawings that meet project requirements.
• Interpret and translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from the project team, ensuring all changes are accurately incorporated.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and related documents, ensuring easy access and version control.
• Assist in preparing documentation for building permits, approvals, and project submissions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that drawings align with project specifications and construction schedules.
• Conduct site visits as needed to gather information, verify existing conditions, and ensure the accuracy of drawings.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Draftsman, with a focus on high-rise building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting and 3D modeling software.
• Strong understanding of architectural and civil design principles, construction methods, and building regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate drawings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes is an advantage.
