Architectural Draughtsman (Abu Dhabi)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The draftsman will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and details based on design concepts and specifications provided by architects or engineers. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of construction and architectural design principles, along with proficiency in CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans based on sketches, concepts, and verbal instructions from architects or senior designers.
• Knowledgeable in ADM Portal and other authorities.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
• Ensure all drawings are compliant with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing presentations and visual materials for client meetings.
• Conduct site visits as needed to take measurements and verify drawings.
