Landscape Draftsman

A leading construction and landscaping company is looking for a skilled Landscape Draftsman to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed landscape drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings to support project execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed landscape drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Interpret landscape design concepts and convert them into precise technical drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Review and revise drawings as per project requirements and consultant/client feedback.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions.
• Ensure drawings comply with local authority regulations and project standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, Landscape, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Draftsman in landscape or construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of 3D software (SketchUp, Revit, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
