Draftsman (MEP & HVAC)

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with strong expertise in MEP and HVAC systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and modifying detailed technical drawings and shop drawings based on project specifications and engineering inputs. The Draftsman will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate designs that align with project requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop detailed MEP and HVAC drawings, layouts, and shop drawings using AutoCAD/Revit or other drafting software.
• Interpret and convert design sketches, engineering notes, and specifications into technical drawings.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements, standards, and codes.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to incorporate design changes and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and update as-built drawings for completed projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings for HVAC ducting, piping, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Review and verify drawings for clarity, accuracy, and completeness before submission.
• Organize and maintain drawing records in both digital and hard copy formats.
• Assist project engineers with material take-offs (MTOs) and quantity estimation.
