Position Overview
We are seeking an Architecture Coordinator to oversee and manage daily architectural operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, architectural knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. The Architecture Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery and maintaining Floor and Plans LLC’s reputation for excellence in architectural services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural projects including design development, documentation, and site coordination.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide project updates.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare reports on project performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s construction and architectural regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in architectural coordination or project management.
• Strong knowledge of architectural processes, design workflows, and construction standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office Suite, and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
