Architecture Engineer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Civil/Architectural Engineer with proven experience in fit-out projects, exhibition stands, and estimation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project designs, managing site execution, preparing accurate cost estimations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed designs, shop drawings, and technical documentation for fit-out and exhibition stand projects.
• Conduct site inspections, supervise works, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and material take-offs for tenders and ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide value engineering solutions and propose design modifications when needed.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and support project management activities.
• Ensure all works comply with safety standards and local regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out works, exhibition stands, and estimation.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishing works, and exhibition stand fabrication.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software (SketchUp/3Ds Max/Revit), and MS Office.
• Excellent knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
