Area Manager, ReLo, RoW Reverse Logistics

DESCRIPTION

Role is to manage full transportation operations for Turkey reverse volume including Undelivered shipments and customer returns. The scope of the role include all fulfilment channels, working with 3P carriers to improve customer experience, reduce defects and ensure packages are returned to origin on time in full.

Key job responsibilities
1) Work with supply chain and carrier to make sure pickup capacities are built for next 3 months and updated weekly basis forecast.
2) Have a preset contingency plan in place to cater for any unforeseen risks.
3) Work with tech team to enable the Cret configurations
4) Owner of E2E returns reconciliation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 1) 2-4 years of operational experience.
• 2) Strong with MS office and can build capacity models on Excel.
• 3) 2-4 years of metric/performance management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1) Good with SQL.
• 2) Familiar with AI agents and automation.
