DESCRIPTION

Sort Center area manager would manage third-party logistics sort center Operating on Amazon tools, systems and infrastructure. Area Manager would monitor safety , performance matrix including (DEA , dwell , reverse logistics, .. ) & financials to assure best customer experience delivering & receiving shipments from different nodes & manage CPT & truck utilization .

Key job responsibilities
-Manage Amazon & 3PL team on site -Processing and sorting packages by destination

Supporting loading/unloading operations
Managing backlog and inventory flow
Coordinating with carriers and other Amazon facilities
Handling missorts and ensuring proper routing
Following standard operating procedures for loading delays and other operational challenges

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1+ years of employee and performance management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
