Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and develop strategies to drive growth in assigned territory.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and coach sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the food industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with sales strategies, market trends, and customer relationship management.
