1. Sales Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Present and promote solar panel solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

2. Customer Engagement: Understand client energy needs and provide customized solar energy solutions. Conduct site visits and prepare proposals tailored to customer requirements. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

3. Market Analysis: Stay updated on solar industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights.

4. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed quotations, contracts, and sales agreements. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and marketing events.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in renewable energy or related industries. Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and benefits

Skills and Attributes: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Compensation: Competitive salary along with Petrol Allowances (Rs.3pkm) Medical Insurance
