Area Sales Executive - Lahore

Job description:

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target prospective doctors and medical practices as potential clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively showcase the value proposition of our software solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and market presence within the healthcare industry.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively address customer concerns, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with our software, and communicate insights to the technology team.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to prioritize and implement software updates and enhancements based on customer feedback and industry trends.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales and technology teams, facilitating communication and alignment on product development initiatives.
  • Stay informed about developments in the healthcare industry and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and product improvements.
  • Pharma or Health Tech Industry will be more preferable.

Requirements:

  • All should be Bachelors Minimum
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Past experience of at least 2 years in same role and Same Industry (Health Tech).
