Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Naraina Vihar
Experience Required: 5–6 Years
Preference: Male Candidate with Own Two-Wheeler
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage sales operations within the assigned area to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the field sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with company policies.
- Travel extensively within the assigned area for business development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry—e.g., elevators/construction/equipment/FMCG].
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must have own two-wheeler and valid driving license.
