Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Naraina Vihar
Experience Required: 5–6 Years
Preference: Male Candidate with Own Two-Wheeler

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales operations within the assigned area to achieve business targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the field sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with company policies.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned area for business development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–6 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in [industry—e.g., elevators/construction/equipment/FMCG].
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must have own two-wheeler and valid driving license.
