We’re Hiring – Area Sales Manager (East Zone | Kolkata Location)

Company Overview
We are India’s largest manufacturer and supplier of protective workwear, with over 35 years of experience safeguarding industries across Pan India and International markets.

Role: Area Sales Manager (Full-time, On-site)
Location: Kolkata (East Zone Coverage)

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company with comprehensive product knowledge to drive new client development.
  • Generate revenue from the East region by implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Plan thoroughly, set sales goals, analyze performance data & forecast results.
  • Conduct market research for new products and opportunities.
  • Lead product promotions, training sessions & presentations.
  • Manage MIS reporting, month-end & year-end sales closures.
  • Train, mentor & guide team members to use effective sales tactics.

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 4–5 years’ sales & marketing experience in the PPE industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Communications preferred.
Proven record of achieving sales quotas & driving revenue growth.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & strong analytical skills.
Team player with leadership qualities & problem-solving capacity.

Compensation
As per industry standards.
Attractive hike over existing package (not a constraint for the right candidate).
