Area Sales Manager

Location : Ram Nagar

Company : Weatherblazer India Pvt Ltd

Experience : 5–8 years in B2B or field sales (construction or related industry preferred)

Qualification : Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Business (preferred)

Salary : ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Role Summary:

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned region by managing a team, developing client relationships, achieving targets, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned area

· Identify new business opportunities and ensure lead conversion

· Manage and mentor field sales and business development executives

· Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and technical discussions

· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report on performance

· Build strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants

· Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, accounts) for smooth delivery

· Monitor market trends and competitor activity

· Submit sales forecasts, reports, and data analysis to management

Skills Required:

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing ability

· Proven track record in B2B/field sales

· Ability to plan region-wise strategies and execute them

· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems

· Willingness to travel extensively within the region

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
