Area Sales Manager

About the Role At Petromin Express, we’re not just changing oil — we’re transforming the way automotive aftermarket services operate in the region. We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven, tech-first Area Sales Manager who knows the UAE market, can lead multi-site operations to excellence, and uses the latest in technology, POS systems, and AI to stay ahead. You will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, and customer experience across a portfolio of service centers — covering oil change, fluid management, batteries, AC services, tires, mechanical repairs, and more. This role is based in Dubai and requires: • Minimum of 5 years’ successful work experience in the UAE market (automotive aftermarket or related industry). • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory). • Prior experience managing multi-store and multi-brand operations will be a strong plus. • Passion for integrating technology into daily operations to maximize results.


What You’ll Do • Deliver on sales, gross profit, net profit, and cross-selling KPIs. • Grow revenue across all service lines by upselling, cross-selling, and building customer loyalty. • Improve customer experience by increasing NPS, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Google Reviews ratings. • Lead stock and process audits, ensuring full POS software utilization for billing, job tracking, inventory management, and reporting. • Conduct deep operational analysis to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and optimize performance. • Champion AI-driven analytics, digital dashboards, and automation tools to manage time, track KPIs, and forecast sales. • Mentor branch managers and frontline teams to achieve targets while embedding a tech-enabled culture.


What We’re Looking For • Minimum 5 years of work experience in the UAE automotive aftermarket or related industry (mandatory). • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory). • Proven track record in sales & operations with measurable business results. • Experience in multi-store and multi-brand management (highly preferred). • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue and profitability. • Proficiency in CRM, POS software, AI-powered tools, and digital analytics platforms. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentations. • Interest in operational analysis and process optimization through technology. • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
