Area Sales Manager

Multan, Pakistan

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within the assigned region. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, managing and supporting the sales team, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with proven experience in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and ensure business growth in the assigned area.
  • Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional plans.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of sales management experience.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region.
