Job Summary (Why does this Job Exist?)
Responsible for Developing, Building, Tracking / Monitoring the Sales of the assigned city for VEKA; including training, managing and retention of the Sales personnel of the region; Customer Management, Growth and Retention (Including and not limited to Fabricators, Dealers, Builders, Architects, end-users.
Minimum Quailfication
Graduate, MBA (Marketing) from a reputed management institution.
Experience
5-7 years in core Sales and Marketing with 2 – 4 years in Building Materials industry.

SPECIFIC TO THE CITY
Oversee day-to-day sales to better understand the market and grow the business.
Identify and bring in new clients for long-term orders.
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales target.
Continually assess the marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales.
Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers.
Cultivate and strengthen client relationships and partnerships that add value.
Support HR in the hiring of relevant and effective resources in the team.
Track, Generate and share periodic Market Reports that will aid / enable review of Strategy and any changes thereof.
Stay up-to-date on current market trends.
Ready to take on any additional responsibilities related to Sales & Marketing.
Represent company brand in sales conferences and exhibitions.
