Area Sales Manager

Palasi Shajapur, India

1. Sales Management:

Achieve or exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.

Develop and implement effective area-specific sales strategies in alignment with national objectives.

Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and provide actionable feedback.

2. Team Leadership:

Conduct regular field visits with team members to assess performance and provide coaching.

Organize and lead regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with pharmacists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

Ensure effective coverage of healthcare professionals (HCPs) and institutions.

Address customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

4. Market Analysis and Strategy:

Monitor competitor activities and market trends; provide feedback to marketing and product teams.

Identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.

Assist in developing and launching new product strategies in the area.

5. Reporting and Compliance:

Maintain accurate sales reports, call records, and territory data.

Ensure compliance with ethical practices, industry regulations (like Pharma Codes), and internal SOPs.

Submit periodic reports to the Regional Sales Manager or Head Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
