Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate with the Local Sales organizations growing the Business Line (BL) Low Voltage System Drives business in selected markets. You will contribute to setting and achieving both short- and long-term sales goals, support to reach the regional sales budget, and help strengthen and develop high-performing Local Sales Units.

As a representative of the Business Line (BL), you will deliver presentations and provide both commercial and technical support to sales teams and customers. You will also gather and analyze regional market intelligence to support pipeline development.

This role requires a willingness to travel for approximately 50+ days per year.

The role is working in the Low Voltage System Drives Business Line. You will report to the Head of Area Sales.

The work model for the role is: hybrid ; #LI-hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Develop and implement Business Line sales plans in collaboration with Local Sales organizations.

  • Responsible for defining pricing of products and solutions to Local Sales Units focusing on volume, mix, value proposition and E2E profitability targets for the Business Line.

  • Analyzing the customer needs and competitor landscape through general market information and the information provided by the Sales organization.

  • Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communication with the Sales organization and customers, communicating the value proposition of the products and solutions.


Qualifications for the role

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field

  • Excellent knowledge of low voltage Drives portfolio or applications is a must

  • Proactive can-do attitude with customer-centric mindset

  • Relationship builder with excellent social and collaboration skills

  • Wide connection network with back-end organization (sales support, product management, engineering, production) is an advantage

  • Excellent networking and communication skills

  • Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English, Arabic is an advantage
