BMA Investment Advisors is looking for an ambitious and performance-driven Area Manager – Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead sales initiatives, build client relationships, and contribute to the overall business growth of our financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets within the assigned area.

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure consistent performance and productivity.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distribution partners.

Identify new business opportunities within the financial services industry.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance updates to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (Master’s preferred).

3–5 years of relevant experience in the AMC, Banking, Life Insurance, or Financial Services industry.

Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of investment products and market dynamics.
