Area Sales Manager Role Summary:

Lead market development and ensure effective distribution of PMI products while achieving sales targets through managing and coaching the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets & review KPIs.
  • Analyze sales for growth opportunities.
  • Lead supervisors & resolve customer issues.
  • Support route accuracy & update customer lists.
  • Conduct field visits & monitor competitors.
  • Ensure team development & policy compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5–7 years FMCG retail sales experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication & decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and English.


Sales Supervisor Role Summary:

Lead and support a retail sales team to achieve sales targets, maximize coverage, and ensure strong distribution and visibility of PMI brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales targets and supervise daily performance.
  • Handle route issues, customer problems, and update customer lists.
  • Ensure accurate geo-mapped routes and full market coverage.
  • Conduct field visits to coach, evaluate, and improve team performance.
  • Monitor offers, competitor activities, and display equipment.
  • Develop team skills and ensure full compliance with company policies.
  • Cover sales routes when needed.

Qualifications:

  • University degree.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience.
  • Strong communication, planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Customer-focused with solid negotiation and time-management abilities.
