Job Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager (South) to manage and grow sales operations across the assigned southern region. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to the automotive sector, proven regional sales leadership, and the ability to deliver results in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop sales operations across the South region
- Achieve sales targets, market share growth, and revenue objectives
- Lead, coach, and monitor regional sales teams and distributors
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies and plans
- Strengthen relationships with dealers, OEMs, and key customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
Reporting Line:
- Reports directly to the Country Sales Manager
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Graduation in Marketing or equivalent
- Mandatory experience in the Auto Sector
- Total professional experience: 10–12 years, with relevant regional sales exposure
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
