Area Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Line Manager in supervising the Sales Team and ensuring effective daily operations.
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to achieving the overall team objectives.
• Support the smooth running of the section and ensure team coordination is maintained.
• Contribute to the training, development, and continuous improvement of team members.
• Drive maximum profitability and growth in alignment with the organization’s strategic plans.
• Supervise general activities of the Sales Team or assigned section as directed by the Line Manager.
• Assist the Line Manager in the recruitment of team members, in accordance with approved criteria.
• Support the Line Manager in training, coaching, and appraising team members to ensure performance targets are achieved.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Line Manager in the agreed format.
• Prepare and align presentations for internal or external use, as required.
• Assist the Line Manager in maintaining communication with clients/customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Set a strong example for the team in terms of commitment, sales performance, work ethics, and professional behavior.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, pricing, sales, and related activities.
• Monitor and control expenses to ensure compliance with approved budgetary limits.
• Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Collaborate and maintain positive interactions with colleagues, suppliers, and clients/customers to support overall business success.

Requirements:

• Transferable residency in Kuwait.
• Previous experience in sales supervision or team leadership.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and train team members.
• Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Valid driving license is required.
