Armored Vehicle Specialist/ Supervisor

ROLE OVERVIEW

Armored Vehicle Specialist, manages the maintenance, operations, and technical teams for armored fleets, focusing on vehicle up time, safety, and compliance with strict security/armoring standards, involving team leadership, managing parts inventory, diagnosing complex mechanical/electrical issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership:

Supervise mechanics and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance management.

Maintenance Management:

Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for armored vehicles, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Technical Diagnostics:

Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in armored systems (e.g., B6 level).

Inventory Control:

Manage spare parts and tool inventory to prevent delays.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and armoring standards (like B6) and conduct mandatory safety inspections.

Reporting:

Provide regular updates on fleet status to technical management.

Coordination:

Liaise with logistics, operations, and service advisors to schedule work and meet deadlines.

EDUCATION: Technical training in automotive mechanics or relevant engineering

EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in heavy armored vehicle maintenance (e.g., Toyota Land Cruisers).
