Art Director

Position: Art Director (Mid-Level)

Location: Dubai, UAE

We’re looking for a talented Art Director to bring bold, culturally relevant ideas to life. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong conceptual skills and the ability to lead projects from ideation to execution with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead original, strategic, and impactful creative concepts.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain creative excellence and brand consistency.
• Manage production and post-production processes confidently and efficiently.
• Present creative ideas persuasively to both internal teams and clients.
• Provide and receive feedback constructively to foster strong teamwork.
• Stay inspired, curious, and calm under pressure while pushing creative boundaries.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced agency environment (big agency background preferred).
• A creative portfolio showcasing concept-driven, standout work.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand communication.
• Education or training from institutions like Miami Ad School is a plus.
• Open to international candidates interested in relocating to Dubai.
