We are seeking an experienced and passionate Art Teacher to join our dynamic team in Al Jazeera, Riyadh, KSA . The ideal candidate will inspire creativity across all year groups, deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England, and contribute to a vibrant school culture that celebrates artistic expression and innovation.
Responsibilities
Teach students various art techniques and the use of materials such as paint, pencils, clay, and mixed media.
Provide instruction on art history, art theory, and the creative process behind the production of artworks.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that foster creativity, imagination, and artistic skills.
Inspire and nurture a lifelong love for art and self-expression across different age groups.
Develop students’ abilities in drawing, painting, sculpture, and other visual art forms.
Encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and an appreciation of art and design.
Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes exploration and creativity.
Organize and coordinate art displays, exhibitions, and school-wide creative projects.
Assess, record, and report on students’ progress in line with school policies and expectations.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art within other areas of the curriculum.
Participate in ongoing professional learning and contribute to the school’s co-curricular programmes.
