Duties

• Prepare surfaces by clearing debris, leveling ground, and ensuring proper drainage for optimal turf installation.
• Measure and cut artificial turf to fit designated areas accurately, using hand tools and power tools.
• Secure turf using stakes, adhesives, or other fastening methods to ensure durability and a seamless appearance.
• Operate equipment such as excavators or other machinery to assist with site preparation when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to execute landscape projects that may include irrigation setup, hardscape features, or tree care.
• Perform routine maintenance on installed turf and surrounding landscape elements to ensure long-lasting quality.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of installation and maintenance work.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment.
• Knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, horticulture, and gardening principles.
• Ability to operate machinery such as excavators or snow plows when needed for site preparation or seasonal adjustments.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and general construction techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with physical stamina for lifting, digging, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
