Lucas Paving is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Asphalt Foreman to lead and oversee asphalt construction projects from start to finish under the current superintendent. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The Asphalt Foreman will coordinate crews, manage resources, and operate a paving machine to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities

• Supervise asphalt paving crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications
• Coordinate daily work schedules, material deliveries, and equipment usage to maximize productivity
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations
• Work directly with the superintendent to ensure all crew members are on the same page and work gets completed in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising asphalt and operating paving equipment
• Hands-on experience with construction site activities including asphalt paving.
• Strong management skills with supervising experience leading teams on large-scale projects
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with crew members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
