Experienced Asphalt Maintenance Foreman

Northwest Asphalt is located in Thief River Falls Minnesota, we have been in business since 1982 and specialize in crack filling.

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Maintenance Foreman to lead and manage a crew. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of asphalt operations, crew management, and job site safety.

Responsibilities include:

Supervise and lead a crew on job sites.

Plain daily work and assign tasks to crew.

Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within specifications.

Read and interpret project plans and specifications.

Maintain quality and ensure proper installation.

Communicate with project manager, inspectors and clients.

Monitor materials, equipment, and job site conditions.

Requirements:

Previous experience.

Strong knowledge of equipment and materials.

Commercial Class B License.

Ability to work long hours.
