Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the production team in executing the production plan according to the required quality standards and within the defined time frame, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement across all production processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve overall efficiency and drive continuous improvement by analyzing
OEE reports
, reviewing performance, identifying deviations, implementing corrective actions, and coordinating with relevant departments to address unplanned downtime.

Analyze
waste and PPM
data, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions, including necessary training to prevent recurrence.

Review
Bills of Materials (BOM)
, analyze consumption variances, and coordinate with related departments to address and resolve them.

Study and follow up on
new projects
in coordination with R&D and other relevant departments within the plant.

Ensure
external customer complaints
are minimized to the lowest possible level.

Develop and enhance the production team’s capabilities
, building new talent and future leaders.

Introduce and implement
innovative ideas
to enhance production system performance, improve
process optimization
, and convert non-value-added activities into value-added ones (

Ensure
process control
across all production operations and full compliance with
ISO procedures and quality assurance documentation

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering – Production Major.
Years of Experience:

Minimum of
8 years of relevant experience
in the production assembly or manufacturing field.
