📍 Location: Abu dhabi (Onsite)

🔧 What You’ll Do:

✅ Manage the complete lifecycle of IT hardware & software assets

✅ Handle end-to-end IT purchasing (including online buys)

✅ Maintain accurate asset records, track movements, warranties & renewals

✅ Monitor license usage & ensure compliance

✅ Update & maintain the CMDB (Configuration Management Database)

✅ Collaborate with Procurement, Finance & Admin for seamless asset management

✅ Prepare reports & documentation for all IT assets

✅ Forecast requirements to maintain optimal stock levels

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Strong experience in IT asset management

✔️Experience on any of these tools is a must FreshService/ServiceNow/D42

✔️ Proficient in IT asset tools & ITSM platforms

✔️ Familiar with ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)

✔️ Knowledge of ITIL best practices (ITIL v3 Foundation a plus)

✔️ Excellent organizational & documentation skills

✔️ Proven track record in managing renewals & procurement

✔️ Strong communication & multitasking skills
