Job Summary:

The Officer Assets supports the Asset Management team in day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate tracking, recording, and compliance of all organizational assets. This role involves maintaining asset records in SAP, assisting with procurement, coordinating asset movement, conducting inspections and physical verifications, and supporting capitalization and disposal processes. The Officer works closely with the Assistant Manager and Senior Officer to maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.


Educational & Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or related operations.
  • Knowledge of asset management processes and SAP/ERP systems.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and perform basic inspections and verification.
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes and asset capitalization procedures.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and asset tracking.
