Assistant Accountant (E-commerce Experience – Amazon & Noon)

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant with hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Noon. The ideal candidate will support our finance team in managing daily accounting operations, with a strong understanding of online marketplace transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions
• Reconcile sales reports from Amazon and Noon
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Monitor marketplace fees, commissions, and payouts
• Prepare VAT reports and assist in tax filings
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting
• Experience working with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab
• Knowledge of VAT regulations in the UAE
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks)
• Strong Excel skills
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce or retail industry
• Ability to handle high-volume transactions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
